The course is north of Wooster about 15 miles, and is 6600 yards, 124 slope from the tips, designed by Stephen Burns, The course was gifted to the Ohio State Agricultural Technical Institute by the OSU Board of Trustees as a laboratory of sorts for it's turfgrass school. The course started by Earl and Betty Hawkins in 1993/94 and has always been a highly regarded course, and obviously is now very well maintained by the university. The course is parkland style with tree lined, but wide enough fairways, a little elevation change and movement in the land. Reasonable rates, the greens are mid-sized to large with good undulation, and average speed. Nice course, and variety of holes.
