Built in 1969, Hawk Meadows is sited on former farm land. As such, the terrain is very flat with a pretty wide open feel and look. This short course (6,377 yards, 70.2/122 rating) is very novice friendly. Limited bunkering and few water hazards allow one to grip it and rip it with recovery for wayward shots usually possible.
Green complexes are relatively small with minimal bunkering. The straightforward putting surfaces are very puttable.
Located west of Detroit near Howell, take exit 133 from I-96 and proceed east on M-59 to Oak Grove Road (north).
