Harbor Oaks is on the north side of Pine Bluff about 30 minutes south of Little Rock. Very nice parkland style course on the Arkansas River designed by Leon Howard. Some tight tree lined fairways, moderate use of bunkers, water, and playing to just over 7000 yards, 117 slope. Well maintained, nice setting, and reasonable rates.
