Hangman Valley is on the south side of Spokane a few miles just off the Inland Empire Highway off Washington Road on the east side. It's a muni, owned and operated by the Spokane County Parks, and is an excellent layout, always in great shape at a reasonable greens fee. It has four sets of tees from 5,000 yards to 6,800+ yards, we generally play from the White tees at 6,437 yards, 71.0/129, and find it a strong challenge. It's a parkland style of layout routed along Latah Creek with natural corridors surrounding the holes. It's walkable if you're in decent shape, otherwise I'd recommend taking a cart. One of the better public courses you can play in the Spokane area, and a great value.
