Greystone is a private club, but open for public play while it builds its membership. It's on the east side of Baton Rouge, off I-12 between the Range and Juban exits on the south side of the Interstate. The course opened in 2006, and was designed by Ray Aravello, and is a challenging layout, not best suited for the higher handicapper or beginner. Be prepared to loose a few balls here, with all the water and wetlands in play. Half the holes are routed along with homes along the holes, the balance through natural corridors and wetlands. A good amount of sand in play from the landing zones to greenside. Well conditioned, private club feel, a little on the expensive side for greens fees on weekends.
