Glengarry is south of Latrobe, and is off the Pennsylvania Tpk at exit 31 about 15 minutes. Friendly and forgiving wide open links-style layout, with water hazards on 7 holes, a lot of pot bunkers to catch the errant shots. The routing is over mounded fairways, tall fescue bordering, and is wide open to the wind, which picked up considerably the day we play. The Blue tees are 6,200 yards, 69.8/124 ratings, there's a driving range and practice area, and an outdoor deck for a post round sandwich and beer. Overall, very enjoyable course, not all that long, but the water and sand keep your attention. Well conditioned and reasonable rates, the pace of play excellent at just under 4 hours.
