Glen Annie is a Robert Muir Graves and Damian Pascusso designed course west of the Santa Barbara airport just off the 101 in Goleta. The course is an Audubon certified course, very well conditioned, and with great views of the Pacific and the Channel Islands. Nice layout, a bit tricked up, and challenging, but only 6400 yards, 122 slope from the back tees. Plays a bit slow at times, but enjoy the views whilst you wait.

Maybe there's hope for the golf course yet, from Goletanet: All of the details have not yet been released concerning the sale price of the Glen Annie Golf Course, or the disposition of the $15 million debt that pushed the previous ownership to seek other options, however, on Monday morning, ownership of the Glen Annie Golf Club was transferred to a new, Boston-based group, and its management was transferred to Touchstone Golf, LLC, a golf course management company headquartered in the Bay Area.

Just heard this week that the course was closing, don't know if it's temporary or not, shame it was a great course.
