North of Milwaukee, just off of I-43, south of Port Washington, Fire Ridge opened in 1994, and was designed by Kerry Mattingly & Gregg Kuehn, playing to 7,084 yards from the tips, 136 slope, and 74.6 course rating. The course has a private country club feel to it, both on the course, and around the clubhouse facilities, it used to be known as the Country Club of Wisconsin. Nice setting, parkland style of design with 70 bunkers, 11 holes with water in play, tree lined fairways, and rolling hills, with bent grass from tee to green. Always in good shape, nice course to get out of Milwaukee and play.
