Fairview is a good old standard, you can always depend on good conditioning, and a challenging, yet not unfair layout. It's located south of Lebanon and off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike exit 266 (Lancaster/Lebanon), with Reading and Lancaster are all within 25 minutes driving time.
