Emerald Bay is located west of Seascape on the north side of U.S. Highway 98, just east of Regatta Bay Golf Club. It was designed by Bob Cupp to play 6825 yards from the back tees, and is routed through an upscale resort residential community and along the Choctawhatchee Bay which can be seen from a couple of holes. Tree lined fairways, water or wetlands in play on most every holes, and always seems to be windy here. Fairly typical Florida layout, with the lakes, sand, and pine trees, difficult, requires good course management to play well, bring plenty of extra balls.

Poor customer experience - no starter, only a handful of balls on the range, no towels or toilet paper in the restrooms, course grill was closed, no water on the course. Won't be back in 2011, which is disappointing as we had a very positive experience in 2009.

Nice course a little pricey. Only two holes with bay view.
