Edinburgh USA is in Brooklyn Park, I-694 or I-94 to Minnesota 252, north to 85th Avenue, west on 85th. Very solid traditional golf course with reasonable rates, designed by Robert Trent Jones II, and playing to an overall yardage of 6700 with a 141 slope, and three other sets of tees. Tough course, a bit tricked up in areas, designed and routed through a housing development. Multi-tiered greens, water in play on 7 holes, a nice blend of open and parkland style holes. Actually a muni, owned and operated by the Brooklyn Park Recreation and Parks Department. Challenging with an island fairway, a peninsula green, and 70+ bunkers. Decent conditioning, rates are OK, pace of play is slow.
