Eagles Crossing is on the west side of Carlisle, not far off the PA Turnpike or I-81. Fairly new layout, opened around 2000, mostly wide open off the tee with scattered trees lining the fairways, nice setting and views of both the north and the south mountain ranges, as well as Conodoguinet Creek which borders the course. Good change in elevation, varied hole layouts, and generally in decent condition. It was designed by Leland Synder, and has three sets of tees from 5,000 yards to 6,450 yards, the White tees are 6,210 yards, 70.5/133, so it's no pushover. Tough layout, it's matured into one of the better public courses in the Carlisle area.
