Eaglemont is in Mt Vernon, on the east side the I-5 at exit 225, Anderson Road, between Everett and Bellingham. The course has great views of Mt. Baker and the surrounding Skagit Valley. It was designed by John Steidel, plays to just over 7,000 yards, 142 from the black tees. Beautiful layout with elevation change and tree lined fairways, some holes are totally isolated, while others are routed through a housing section. Long and tough, narrow fairways, playing to elevated greens with some tough forced carries, the course is better if you're a sub 15 handicapper. ,

Very nice experience, tight mountain style layout in good shape, but you really need to play it a couple of times to get the hang of the correct line. Lots of forced carries, great views, and fantastic elevation change, a definite must play in our area.
