Water, water everywhere describes this challenging course. Designed by Karl Litten and built in 1989, the routing plays up, down, and along the bluffs that surround Ford Lake. Nearly half the holes require a carry over a water hazard. Strategic bunkering and dense woodlands create additional obstacles on some holes. At 6,722 yards (72.9/140) the course is not tremendously long but it will present a challenge to even the best player. Three additional sets of tees are available for the non-scratch golfer but even the alternate tees will test your game. Conveniently located just south of I-94 (Huron Street exit), the course is easily accessible. Eastern Michigan University has an interest in the resort property and this is the home course for the EMU golf team.
