Drugan's Castle Mound

Castle Mound is north of LaCrosse about 10 miles on US 53. It's a somewhat hilly course of around 6500 yards, parkland style, with a good variety of holes, plays to a slope of 126, designed by Jim Chia in the early 1980's. The course is interesting, fun, and challenging to play, and is always in good shape, and has nice folks working in the clubhouse. Tree lined fairways, some are very tight, at least for my golf game, small to mid-sized greens, and a reasonable greens fee.
