Dretzka Park is a strong Milwaukee County owned and operated golf course in the northwest park of the city, off Bradley Road, east of US 45/41. The golf course was built in the 1960s, and designed by Mikula. From the tips it's one of the longer courses in the area at 6,838 yards, with a 72.2 course rating and a 123 slope. It's a long and painful golf game when we play here, just a tough course for my game. The holes are long, there's not much forgiveness off the tee with the tree lined fairways, and there's water in play on 12 holes. It's generally well maintained, the rates are very fair, and it gets a lot of play and is slow on the weekends. A better course for the lower handicapper.

This is the one of the better muni courses that I have played and i have played nearly all the courses in Milwaukee. The trees create a wonderful atmosphere for the best round of golf ever, if you can stay clear of them!
