Deer Creek is about 1 mile west of I-95 at Hillsboro in Deerfield Beach. It's one of the better public access courses in the area, and is on the expensive side, rates drop by more than half, and we mostly play the course in the spring/summers. From the back tees, the course can play to 7,050 yards, 74.8/133 ratings, and was designed by Bill Watts and Art Hills. The course is always in great shape, it can be very difficult depending on which tees you play from. There's water in play on at least half the holes, and it's very well bunkered, especially around the greens. It's routed through a residential community, mostly straightforward layout, just plays long. Would highly recommend.

Best public course in Boca Raton area. Good design with excellent Arthur Hill greens. Lush wide fairways encourage and reward long drives. In winter season green fees are high and play is slow - best to play twilight and/or during week. Course as excellent driving range and practice greens. Former private club now daily fee. Enjoy!
