Crescent Pointe is in Bluffton, about 5 miles west of Hilton Head on US 278. It's an Arnold Palmer design through a residential community and can play from 5200 to 6700 yards, 137 slope from the tips. Nice track, typical Lowcountry golf with protected wetlands, mostly open landing zones off the tee, but tough approaches with some forced carries. Great set of par threes, enjoyable course, but better for the lower handicappers. Parkland style design with tree lined fairways on somewhat rolling land, nice setting, the homes aren't too close to the course, but you know they're there.

They've really improved the conditions of this golf course over the past year, and in spite of the dry summer we've been having, we found the greens to be in great shape over the weekend. Very challenging layout, but fair off the tee, enjoyable, and at a reasonable, twilight greens fee

I love this course, play it everytime I'm in Hilton Head, fair, but challenging, excellent conditions usually, the last time we played they had punched the greens, but told us about it when we made the tee time. First class course and facility, if it was on HHI, it would cost $50 more!
