Located just north of St George off I-15, the course was designed by golf course architect Keith Foster in the Bryce and Zion national parks area of Utah. The course measures 7.029 from the back tees with a 137 slope. Usually in good conditions, the green fairways and greens provide a major contrast to the red desert and the rocky natural waste areas and boulders. There a constant change of elevation, varied hole lengths and shapes, and fairways that are intersected by dry washes. The greens are sometimes perched on plateaus surrounded by the natural terrain. The views are fantastic, the setting unique, and a bargain price.

Played Coral Canyon ithis week on the Red Rock Trail, and was not disappointed. The golf course was beautiful, we played in the late afternoon when it was cool,.and the late sune was providing a nice contrast with the red rocks and the golf course as it set. The layout has it all, change of elevation, varied hole lengths and shapes, and fairways that are repeatedly crisscrossed by dry washes and arroyos, and was fun to play. It's a shotmaker's kind of layout, where you need to place the ball off the tee in order to have a good shot at the greens. Excellent conditioning, rates were very reasonable.
