The Conley Resort Golf Course is on Pittsburgh Road on the south side of Butler, about 30 minutes north of Pittsburgh. It's a resort/hotel with 50+ rooms, and the golf course is open to the public. Parkland style of layout with tree lined fairways over rolling hills, water in play on a few holes, moderate amount of sand, small to mid-sized greens, generally well conditioned, with reasonable greens fees. We played from the tips at 6,475 yards, 69.0/120 and found it to be a good challenge, but playable. The fairways are quite forgiving, yet some greens require pin-point accuracy and are hard to put. Quite frankly, I found the 180 yard, par 3 water hole on #18 to be more challenging than the island green at Sawgrass.
