Designed by Perrin Walker in the mid-1960's, the course formerly was known as Springbrook Country Club, and is located in the northeast area of Atlanta in Lawrenceville, off I-85 at exit 111. The greens are small and undulating, and the fairways are narrow because they are lined with pine trees. The course was built on rolling terrain, and there have been numerous sand bunkers incorporated into the course design. It plays from 4,800 to 6,475-yards, 70.9/132 ratings from the tips. It's routed mostly through the trees with a few homes lining the course. Challenging course with the tight fairways, nice rolling hills, small to mid-sized greens, well maintained, and at a great rate.
