Chaska Golf Course is located in Appleton near the airport and is a great course. It was designed by Larry Packard, opened in 1975, and can play to 6912 yards from the championship tees with 129 slope, but has 3 other tee box options. This course is on a beautiful piece of rolling land, roomy enough so that the holes aren't right on top of each other with a good amount of trees throughout. There's 6 ponds or hazards which come into play, either on the tee shot or guarding the green. There's also around 70 bunkers on the course, mostly around the green complexes. The course is very well maintained, the price is reasonable, and the greens are in wonderful shape, and putt fairly fast.
