Charlotte National is southeast of Charlotte, east of I-485. It's a good solid parkland style of course, designed by Russell Breeden, and plays to 7252 yards, 134 slope from the back tees. There's some holes with tree lined fairways, other, more open. Good amount of bunkering, and water in play on a number of holes. Greens are medium sized, raised a bit, with good roll. Can be very challenging depending on which tees you play. Well conditioned, easy on the wallet.
