Castle Bay Country Club

Castle Bay is located just off coastal highway, US-17 in Hampstead, NC. in the Topsail area. It's a wide open links style of course without trees, but plenty of bunkers, waste and conventional, and water to interfere with a good round of golf. It's reasonably priced for the area, should cost around $50, depending on the time of year. Fairways are bordered by tall fescue type grasses that will cost you a stroke, and if the wind's blowing, there's more challenge to it. Reasonably well conditioned, a good alternative for golf in the area. From the back tees, it's around 6700 yards, 140 slope, and was designed by Randy Blanton.
