There's only two ways to play Cape Cod National, be invited by a member or stay at the Wequasett Resort...it's worth it to pursue either route. It's located in Brewster out on the Cape and adjoins the Captain's Golf Course. The golf course was designed by Brian Silva, and plays to 6,900 yards from the back tees, 72.3/127, and is a parkland style of layout through the trees and hills with views out to the Bay and a few cranberry bogs. Excellent layout and design, conditioning is always well done, and it has the feel of an exclusive club. The greens were in excellent condition, fast with a good amount of undulation, and along with the tight tree lined fairways, this is a challenging and interesting course to play, however we did feel it was over-priced.

It was great being back out on the golf course at Cape Cod National, the game was rusty, but the spirit was willing. It's always a treat to stay at the Wequassett Inn and play the course. Excellent layout with a good amount of elevation change, and the fairways wide enough to accommodate my early golf game. The back side is always the toughest side of the course, it becomes much more target style of golf. Walk with a caddie, it's the only way to go.
