Camillus Country Club is on the west side of Syracuse, off NY 5 at Bennetts Corners Road, then north a mile or so. The course has been around since the 1960's, and is a traditional layout with trees lining the fairways, a few bunkers and water in play, overall enjoyable and challenging course, but not upscale by any stretch. From the back tees it can play to 6,500 yards, with a 125 slope and a 69.8 course rating. Hilly layout, lots of interesting holes, very well maintained, and fair rates. Nice clubhouse and facilities for a post round brew and sandwich, great folks working in the golf shop and clubhouse.
