Located in the foothills of West Virginia's Cacapon Mountains, and about 1 1/2 hours northwest of Washington, DC. The layout is good enough to host major collegiate conference tournaments, and is part of the West Virginia State Park Resort. It was designed by the master Robert Trent Jones Sr. and opened in 1974. It has rolling hills, tree lined fairways, smallish, undulating, and quick greens, with 70+ bunkers throughout. There's water in the form of streams and three lakes which come into play, and the course is also know for an oddity, a double green that is over 100 yards wide. The course plays 6,827 yards for the championship tees with a par of 72, a course rating of 72.9 and a slope rating of 126. It's reasonably priced if you're staying at the resort, or traveling up from DC or Baltimore.
