Boot Heel Golf Club

Bootheel is on the west side of the airport in Sikeston, off I-55 at Malone, then west a mile, and north on Ingram. It was built on the city's old landfill in the mid-1990's, and was designed by George Pfaff. From the back tees it's 6,891 yards, 73.0 course rating and a 123 slope. The course is fairly challenging with water in play on all but 5 holes, some doglegs, trees along the fairways which were planted when the course was built, and now becoming more in play. Mostly level layout, easily walkable, conditions just OK, but the rates are reasonable. Nice easy off/on from the interstate if you're in the area.
