The course was designed by William Howard Neff, in 1991, and can play up to 7200 yards from the tips. It's a very well maintained course, links type layout with gently undulating fairways bordered by tall fescue grasses and mounding throughout. The greens are large and fairly level and are among the fastest and smoothest greens in Northern Colorado. It's located in Greeley, about 30 minutes north of Denver. There's a good amount of water in play here, on at least five holes on the front nine, and a few on the easier back side. It's a busy course, and pace of play can be slow, mostly on weekends, but it's the best course around this area.
