After being closed for more than five years, Binks Forest Golf Club re-opened to the public in November 2007 after the facilities and the golf course were renovated, by Gene Bates, the original architect. The course is west of Forest Hill on Southern Blvd, and plays to 7,150 yards from the back tees. It's routed through the Wellington residential community and has the generally typical Florida layout with water, sand, houses and tree lined fairways.

Fantastic course at a great price Fairways, rough, and tees were fantastic. Traps all had soft playable sand. Greens were spotless, although they were fast. There was some slope to them in places, but no multi-tiered levels making longer putts impossible.

Binks Forest Golf Club is one of the greatest courses in South Florida. The course is challenging and kept in GREAT shape. The staff there is more than helpful. The clubhouse and food is terrific too. I highly recommend golfing at Binks Forest. Their summer special cannot be beat!!
