Barrington Hall is on the northwest side of Macon, off I-475 at Zebulon Road, then west to the golf course in the Barrington Hall community. The course is routed through the development over tree lined fairways with homes lining the holes. The course has five sets of tees from 4,300 yards to almost 7,000 yards, we play from the white tees, 6,100 yards with a course rating of 70.3 and a slope of 127, designed by Tom Clark. Challenging layout, conditions have slipped since it opened, but it's still one of the better courses in the general area. It nearly went into bankruptcy last year, but was purchased by a group in Florida, hopefully conditions will improve with the new owners, there's so much potential to the course.
