Auburn is about 30 miles south of Seattle, between Kent and Auburn, on the east side of WA 167. The course is an excellent parkland style layout through the trees, mostly just golf, but there's a few holes with housing lining the golf course. The course is a muni, operated by the city of Auburn, but they've really invested in the course over the years to keep it updated, in good condition, and recently built a new clubhouse. It's routed along the Green River, and from the tips is 6,450 yards, par 71, with a 124 slope. Not a lot in the way of bunker, a couple of ponds, overall a fair, but challenging layout that gets a lot of play. It was designed in the 1940's by Proctor and Bauman, and purchased by the City of Auburn in 1968
