Anderson Creek Golf Club

Anderson Creek is a Davis Love design routed through a developing residential community with mostly tree lined fairways. It's located about 20 minutes north of Fayetteville and Fort Bragg, and about an hour east of Pinehurst. The layout is very similar to the sandhills area around Pinehurst with heavy pine tree lined fairways, and is similar to what you'd find at Pinehurst #2, especially around the greens, without the expense. Good strong layout, very challenging, not for the higher handicapper or beginner. It was well conditioned, excellent service and clubhouse facilities, and seemed like a good value for the quality of the experience. It plays to 7,180 yards from the tips, 140 slope and 75 course rating, but with four other sets of tees.
