The A.L. Gustin Golf course is on the south side of Columbia on the west side of campus off Stadium Blvd. and is the Mizzou golf course, that's open to the public as well as to the students and staff at the University. The course is a traditional style of layout from the 1950's designed by Floyd Farley over rolling hills with trees, wetlands, lakes, and sand in play. Very reasonably priced, conditions are usually fine, and it's a challenging and interesting course to play. It's on the short side at 6,400 yards from the back tees, 71.1/125 ratings. Bent grass greens good sized, fairly level with zoyzia fairways and tees. Good quality golf course, and a nice setting.

Course is in very good shape right now. Maybe the best I've ever seen it. Played from the tips and continue to watch my game devolve into a weekend hack. Chipped in for bird on 9, but the rest I'll try to quickly forget. I can only remember seeing two bad tee boxes (both on the blue tees). Overall an enjoyable Friday off work

Course is in process of aerating greens. Back nine was closed so had to play the front nine twice. Aside from aeration, all other aspect of the course were excellent. Snack bar is pricey but with a large menu and large portions.
