Contest Rules

To enter Forelinksters.com, Random Drawing Contest, sign up as a member at http://forelinksters.com, and add a review on your favorite golf course. All members are eligible to win even if you become a member prior to the start date of the contest, as long as you provide a golf course review! Contest Dates: September 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, simply complete a golf course review on the website, the more courses you review, the better your chances of wining. The Contest is to be used in the United States only (except in Puerto Rico) and shall only be evaluated and interpreted according to the laws of the United States. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States (except Puerto Rico) and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Forelinksters.com, is the sponsor of this contest.

Description:

All members are eligible to win even if you’re already a member of Forelinksters prior to the start of the contest.

Beginning September 30, 2010, one Forelinksters.com member will be randomly selected every month to receive a dozen personalized Pro-V1 Titleist golf balls (including shipping; retail value $49.00). The monthly winner will be notified at the end of each calendar month. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery by US Postal Service. Forelinksters.com, at its sole discretion, may attempt to contact winners via email to ascertain preferences as to the personalization.

Entries:

• Entries to the contest must be by completing a golf course review of the at least one of the golf courses listed on http://Forelinksters.com.
• All entrants must enter their valid email address in the application on the Forelinksters “join” website page.
• Forelinksters Random Member Golf Course Review Contest is open to everyone over the age of 18 (Forelinksters.com, employees, contractors and their families are not eligible).
• There are no additional age limit restrictions except where prohibited by law.

Winners / Prizes:

Every month, one Forelinksters.com member will be randomly selected to receive one dozen Titleist Pro-V1 golf balls personalized with the winner’s name. (including shipping; retail value $49.00)

Notification:

All Monthly Winners will be notified by email to their email address within 30 days. All winners must acknowledge receipt of notification by reply email with their US postal delivery address within 3 days of notification, and may also be required to acknowledge receipt of prizes by signing for receipt of the package with the US Postal Service.

For All Prizes: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for any and all related taxes and other expenses related to claiming any of the prizes. Taxes (federal, state and local, and any foreign) and other obligations are solely the responsibility of the winners.  Once a winner has been verified within the required time period, Sponsor will mail the prize to the winner, postage and handling prepaid.

Decisions:

All decisions regarding prize awards will be made by Forelinksters.com, and are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and agree to accept all decisions of Forelinksters.com, with respect to this contest as final.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Forelinksters.com, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend all or any portion of this contest without notice if factors beyond its control, including technical difficulties, disrupt or corrupt the fair or secure administration or operation of the contest. Void where prohibited. Forelinksters.com, is entitled to interpret the Rules as needed and its decisions are final. The Rules are subject to change without notice. You are advised to familiarize yourself with the Rules every time you participate in a Forelinksters.com contest.

Limitation of liability

Forelinksters.com, is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures or delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Forelinksters.com, and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions or losses of any kind resulting from your participation in this contest, including use of awarded prizes. Forelinksters.com, and its employees, affiliates, agents and business partners assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions or losses of any kind arising in whole or in part from contests sponsored by Forelinksters.com

General Legal Provisions

Forelinksters.com, may discontinue, cancel or reschedule the Contest, for any reason or no reason, in their sole discretion. The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflicts of laws principles. By entering the Contest, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Orlando, Florida. If any provision of these Official Rules is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by law, provided that if no such interpretation is possible, the provision shall be stricken and the remaining provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in effect to the fullest extent allowable under applicable law. The headings in this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and do not affect its interpretation.

These Official Rules constitute the final, complete and exclusive understanding between the Sponsors and you with respect to your participation in the Contest, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous representations, rules, or agreements, whether written or oral.
